1. Eligibility for Refund
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Some products, such as personal care items, may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
