1. Eligibility for Refund

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Refund requests for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Some products, such as personal care items, may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order.
